My name is Jane Ralls and I work as a coach and facilitator, supporting individuals and small creative enterprises to reflect on their strengths, realise their potential, take their brave next step and gain fulfilment.
I have a background in formal education, as a teacher and trainer, and within the charitable arts sector, where I held a senior leadership role within an Arts Council England funded National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) for numerous years. These experiences enabled me to develop a diverse range of skills including partnership development, project management, strategic thinking, income generation and personnel.
After becoming a parent and having to lead my team through an organisational restructuring process, I decided to take some time out to reflect on what was important to me and where I wanted to focus my energy. I realised that what I enjoyed most about my work was supporting and nurturing people – both individuals and teams – and facilitating personal and professional development. I re-trained as a coach and Action Learning facilitator in 2014 and have gradually grown my business since then. I have long-term contracts with organisations and also run my own private practice for individuals.
Outside of work, I enjoy being a wife and mother to 3 children aged 11, 8 and 1 – and going to the theatre, reading, swimming and fresh air. I also donate my time to support various charities that are close to my heart.
